Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Custom-made, hygiene (perfumes opened, beauty used) and final-sale items are not eligible.
How to Return

- We schedule a pickup within 48 hours.
- Quality team inspects the item.
- Refund issued via your original payment method.
Service Bookings
The ₦500 booking fee is non-refundable. Cancellations 24h+ before refund the service amount fully. Within 24h: 50% refund. No-shows: no refund.
Damaged or Wrong Item
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a 100% refund or free replacement.
