By using Blummah you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18+ to create an account, place orders or book services on Blummah.
2. Accounts
Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Orders & Bookings
All orders are subject to vendor confirmation. A non-refundable ₦500 booking fee applies to every service booking and secures your slot.
4. Payments
Payments are made via secure bank transfer to OPAY Digital Limited 9064554988 (Blummah). Always confirm the account before transferring.
5. Vendor & Provider Conduct
Vendors must provide accurate listings and honour orders. Service providers must show up on time, deliver as promised and treat customers respectfully. Violations may lead to suspension.
6. Prohibited Activities
No counterfeit goods, no fraud, no harassment, no listings outside our category guidelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
Blummah is a marketplace. We are not liable for vendor product defects beyond facilitating refunds per our Refund Policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
